Bryan Station Itinerary

8:00                            Arrive at school

8:15-9:30                   Practice

9:45                            Load/Breakfast

10:15                          Depart for Lexington

11:15                          Arrive and unload

11:45  /12:30              Dress   / Warm-up

1:30                             Perform

****  We will return to the equipment area, change & eat lunch at the trucks.  The boosters will be providing sloppy joes & other delicious items!

 

3:15                            Return to the stands to cheer on Grant Co. & watch other bands

4:45                            Prelim Awards

*****  Finals begin at 7:00pm for the top scoring 8 bands.  We will eat depending on our draw.

*****  ALL STUDENTS NEED TO BRING $5 FOR PIZZA. If parents would like pizza as well please send in additional $5 per person.  Place money in an ENVELOPE WITH NAME and turn in Friday.

p  HAIR ACCESSORIES – Long hair (boys & girls) must be put up.

p  MONEY for any PIZZA & any additional food you may want.

p  A 12 pack of soft drinks or water (small bottles please)

 

All school rules will apply on any and all band trips.

Parents:

Parking is at a premium at this location.  Therefore all spectators are asked to park in the Windstream parking lot located on the corner of Old Paris Pike & New Circle Road.  A shuttle service will run from 11 am -11 pm.  There will be no parking available on campus for spectators.
