4:45                            Prelim Awards

6:45             Finals Begin - 12 bands

9:50                            Full Band Retreat

10:00                          Finals Awards

11:30            Depart

12:00            Arrive home

 

**  Watch the news for details on weather and dress accordingly.

 

***  Every student should bring a 12 pack of drinks including water.

 

*** Students should have their money in for Ryans’ & the movie by Friday if possible.  Please send in an envelope with childs name on  it.

 

*** The boosters will be providing a chili & sandwich supper.

p  HAIR ACCESSORIES – Long hair (boys & girls) must be put up.

p  MONEY for any additional food you may want.
