7:45                            Arrive at school

 

8:00-10:00                 Practice

10:00                          Load/Breakfast

10:30                          Depart for Grant Co.                    

10:45                          Arrive and unload

                                    Dress   / Warm-up

12:45                          Perform    PICTURES TO FOLLOW

****  We will return to the equipment area, change & eat lunch at the trucks @ 1:45.  The pit/percussion will be providing hamburgers, hotdogs & chicken breast.  Each family should bring 2 large side dishes or desserts.  Family members eating with the band will be charged $3 each for lunch.

 

2:45                            Return to the stands to watch remaining bands as a GROUP.

4:30                            Prelim Awards

*****  Finals begin at 7:00pm for the top scoring 10 bands.  We will dress 90 minutes prior to our evening performance

 

9:45                            Finals Awards

11:00                          Arrive home  ** This is subject to what performance # we draw for finals.

p  HAIR ACCESSORIES – Long hair (boys & girls) must be put up.
